Avoid at all cost, no hot water in room, tv wouldn’t shut off couldn’t even unplug it. Outside door lock broken so anyone could wander in at any time. Old and very run down worst place I have ever seen. We were only in the place for 15 minutes yet they charged us for 2 nights, motel hell experience.

The staff were accommodating when checking in. However, some of the towels were stained, the light above the sink didn't work, and the TV didn't work. Staff came and fixed the TV. The air conditioner in the room was very loud and I was worried we wouldn't be able to sleep because of it. And the bathroom fan, which was connected to the light switch was extremely loud. I feared it would wake people up during the night. We looked forward to the eggs and sausage at breakfast, but both were overcooked and unappealing.

I will start by saying we travel A LOT and stay in hotels at least 2 weeks out of a month- this has been one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms and amenities are in complete disrepair, and the desk staff are unable to assist with anything. They will advise that only a manager can help (which is conveniently never there). When I was finally able to track the "manager" down (which they called to walk down from their room upstairs (LOL), I was told they "only manage the place" and could not assist with anything. The sink is leaking, none of the ice machines work, and when asked if we could change the reservation, we were told they cannot do that either, since we booked with Wyndham. However, Wyndham is saying that only the hotel can change the reservation... Hello, runaround! They did offer to bring a cup of ice to the room (um.... ewe.) At this point, I'm not sure what they can actually do except charge you for a completely subpar accommodation and ignore any request for help. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! It looks like a standard hotel for a great price, but you will soon regret it!

Bed was comfy. Room temp was great after we turned the heat on, left for dinner and returned. Drain plug in tub was broken and wouldn't drain. Deadbolt on door was broken. Building was freezing. Spa/hot tub were closed. Breakfast was pathetic. Processed grains, that's it.

Hotel is very dated and smells bad from moment you walk in. Old and dingy. Carpets need replacing as they are just nasty. Bed was comfortable and location good but that is about all the nice I could say. If wasn’t booked through points I wouldn’t have chosen here and would recommend to stay somewhere else in town.

The place is 5 Stars if not more. We travel all over the country and I like to give a shout outs to places we have stayed that are wonderful. When you walk in the place is clean, decorative nicely and the frontdesk person has a smile on their faces and is extremely welcoming. The room as clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Had great TV reception and many channels. Breakfast was so much better than some Days Inn we have stayed out. Food tasted fresh. The owner and his wife are very nice couple, their nephew check us out in the morning and even he was friendly and nice and professional. Next time we are in Idaho will defintely stay there again. Rates were reasonable too!! Thank you!!!! Highly recommend this Days Inn.

It's a Patel property, now. That is no issue with me, but when the staff are mostly all aloof sub-continent teenagers, wearing ear buds and staring down at their phones , while sitting at the front counter--and who really don't want to be there, it is a bit off-putting. The afternoon dude who checked us in was cool, though. There are some positives, believe it or not. There is actually log furniture in the rooms, and pretty nice timber trimming all over the interior, that is pleasant to see. Not a bad area, either. Ours was an okay stay, but if you are considering this place, realize that pictures do lie, and what they charge to stay here is stupid. Breakfast was mini-waffles, fruit, and undercooked fake sausage. We won't choose this again, unless it's under $70 bucks...

Run down motel and rooms. Overcharged for the amentities they provide. Breakfast is a joke in itself. Bathroom was unclean, hair clumps left in hot tub. Entered room ice cold, heat was completely off, took hrs to get room warm.

Dirty carpets, broken windows, Wi-Fi that doesn't work, host that seemed bothered that we were checking in. Needs a good coat is paint and some make up keeping. Considering this hotel is in a popular area, I would have expected better
