Great room they even suggested a better room than what we selected. They were extremely friendly clean all around great experience

the room was nice, the bathtub faucet was busted but they left a note letting me know and i'm grateful for that. i still slept like a log, so the water in the bathroom helped.

Room was filthy, ceiling had water damage and mold. Roaches and bed bugs. DONT STAY AT ANY OF THOSE HOTELS. THEY ALL HAVE BUGS

周末去Thunderbird接儿子，我们一进门，感觉就像在桑拿房！到了房间，发现电视坏了。我们打电话到楼下，她来查看，但似乎修不好，于是派了个维修工来修，维修工马上告诉我们，那个房间的网线断了，会让她给我们换个房间。她给我们拿了新钥匙，我走进房间时，真的以为有人住。结果发现那间房间还没有打扫。于是我又打了一次电话，她拿来了另一间房间的钥匙卡！最后，我们终于可以安顿下来住一个房间了！浴室里只干净了一半，还有六月虫的尸体。游泳池里满是灰尘。再也不来了！0分（满分10分）
帮我们办理入住的女士不让我们入住，说我们未满21岁，即使我们出示了身份证……我们最终还是办理了入住，但由于她看不懂身份证件，来回折腾了20分钟。这种情况还是第一次发生，我们经常住这家酒店。
这地方太恶心了！墙上大概有六处地方散落着死虫子，有的是臭虫，有的是其他虫子。床垫上、床单上和浴缸里都有活臭虫。浴室的墙上满是粪便。地板和踢脚板脏得令人作呕。
工作人员很棒。大楼需要一些维护和改进。
有些区域的清洁度很差。
有一天我在欧陆式早餐店吃的，它好像早上9:30之前就关门了。
房子很脏，房间里有蟑螂，游泳池不能用，而且气味很难闻
泳池坏了，淋浴整晚都坏了。床很舒服。早餐还不错
