While the staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful the hotel itself was disappointing. One night I found 1 wasp in my room, the lady at the front desk was kind enough to come with a broom and got rid of it. The next night I found around 7-10 more in the room, on the rug, and in the window sill. That night I was offered to change rooms. My main complaint is that after having found wasps in my room 2 nights in a row management was not even capable of giving me a call to see if I was ok. I complained to corporate and they said they reached out to the hotel as well. It is now December and I still have not heard from anyone with any offer of anything for my inconvenience. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I and my company bring a lot of business to this company. You can be sure that for future projects in OK, we will not be utilizing this locations ever again.

Website is NOT updated!! NO hot tub since COVID (still on website) - was told it was a “heated pool” - another bold lie. Website said “10 pools” ? Not sure why?? We booked based on the website on ******* - won’t stay there again and won’t trust ******* again .. Very disappointed and frustrated!!

This hotel has been one of the worst experiences with security and housekeeping we have ever had. To say we will never stay here again is an understatement. When we arrived our room was extremely hot. It took several hours after turning thermostat down to cool off room enough to unpack. The air conditioner made such an annoying noise! The toilet was loose, the TV remote did not work and the bed was saggy and very uncomfortable. We got here on a Sat and had NO housekeeping until Tuesday. When we got back to our room Tuesday, our DOOR WAS AJAR! Fortunately nothing was missing but what a shock! Housekeeping came, emptied one of two trash cans, (left one out in front of sink instead of under it) no clean sheets - only haphazardly pulled the covers up over the bed, no coffee service replacement (coffee maker still had coffee in it). Ugh! And the parking lot was being striped and no where to park! Nothing was done about remote or toilet and I mentioned to staff on Sat. They said it would be Monday - nothing. ONE of THE WORST hotel experiences ever!

Great rooms, best bath I have had in years! Breakfast was a real treat. Very friendly staff, plenty of elevators. One of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced, and will use them from now on.

The first room we got had ants so they switched rooms. No ants in that room. The young gal at night with brown hair is super sweet. Cant remember her name. The pool area had ants the last 2 times we went. The wind was so bad it kept knocking out the heat/ air conditioner units out of the wall. 😬
