We have stayed here many times before and keep choosing to because we have always found it satisfactory, until this time. The room was so dingy. The tub/shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well. The shower curtain was soiled and looked like it needed to be changed, the carpets in the room were soiled/stained. If we didn’t have such a busy schedule and didn’t find it out till late the first night when we were already otherwise settle in, we would have asked to switch rooms.

Had trouble with the deadbolt on the adjoining room. Desk support was immediately helpful and fixed the doorlock right away. Very comfortable room.

The coffee and breakfast was cold. The night clerk says she prepares the coffee and food starting at 3am.

The room was very clean! However our room did not have a tv remote and the front desk was unable to give us one that would work for the tv in our room. Luckily I was able to download an app to use my phone. But without that we wouldn’t have been able to watch tv. Also, their hot tub was down so the pool was very cold!
