Friendly staff, nice breakfast too. Beds were not as firm as I like. Area at front door for unloading is bumpy like cobblestone and hard to wheel suitcases overtop. Very busy weekend with large wedding group made for a noisy sleep the first night. Convenient location.

Fairly new facility. Everything clean and well maintained. Easy access to Turnpike. Definitely managed better than some slightly cheaper brands we all recognize as being over taken by certain nationalities.

Pool and hot tub was so nice after a day of walking. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Handicapped room was roomy and great bathroom.

Our 2 night stay
The hotel was nice and clean, staff was nice, the only concern I had was the air conditioning unit in our room made a noise that sounded like a critter(mouse) was in there at night. I did inform staff when stay was over ( there 2 nights). I forgot to do so when leaving. Other than that no complaints.

The staff and the hospitality at the hotel is unbelievable.Every single staff members greeted us with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond to help us. The hotel is right off the highway so unfortunately, except for Saturday and Sunday, you can hear the trucks passing by. It is a bit far from Jim Thorpe and there isn’t much going on around the actual hotel. Breakfast is included and coffee is available 24/7 which is great if you want a cup before you go to bed or you just want to sit outside relaxing throughout the day.

I have stayed at this hotel for the second time. The first time I had a good experience, so I chose it again for my trip and booked two nights. However, this time my stay was not pleasant. On the first night, I couldn't sleep well due to the noisy air conditioning vent. On the second night, I had to turn off the air conditioning, even though it was quite cold at night during this season. I just wanted to get a good night's sleep.
