I was suprised by how roomy our room was. It was wonderful to give everyone their own space and designated bed! I loved how clean the bathroom was, I’ve have some experiences where you could tell the shower curtains were not maintained, but these were spotless. The front desk staff was amazing at every entering and exiting. They made check in and out seamless. The breakfast was a reason I’d return even if I have no other reason to come back to Gulfport. Those ladies were amazing at making sure there was plenty of food for everyone.

Wonderful experience! Just stayed overnight to attend a wedding later in the day. We did not have an ocean view because we were on Hwy. 49 going into Gulfport, MS. Everything about the Comfort Suites Gulfport were wonderful. The staff were great to work with, the breakfast provided was delicious, the room was clean and very inviting. Will not hesitate to stay again when in Gulfport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially in explaining the wi-fi connection setup. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We appreciated the selection variety, the cleanliness of the breakfast area, the friendliness of the staff, and the delicious food. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming. I appreciated how convenient the location was for our needs, and there were restaurants nearby. We came for a quick trip over to New Orleans. We always stop in Gulfport for the night before and after our day in New Orleans, and we have found our new Gulfport "home" in Comfort Suites.

Very comfortable stay. Great breakfast. The only problem was the towel exchange. We left our towels in the hallway as instructed, but did not receive our clean ones.

Let me start by saying The front desk staff are amazing. Unfortunately my brief stay was traumatic! We checked in with no issues at all. Went to the room and the air smelled like mildew. The sheets had stains and to top it off the mattress on the pull out couch looked like it had been used as someone’s toilet! Absolutely disgusting. I then go into the bathroom to get freshened up after our long trip and the tub had scary stains. After calling the front desk, housekeeping arrived maybe 30 minutes or so late and when I say they were rude they were rude! She stood at the door with her arms folded and aggressively stated “show me! This room has been cleaned!” She was rude to my child who opened the door as well! She even hollered and asked why there were towels on the floor! When I went into the bathroom to show her she and the other rude lady proceeded to raise their voices and say that can’t be cleaned it will always be there! They both were aggressive and mean and I was a bit afraid because it was just me and my children! They left and I was shocked by the lack of service provided! Never offered to change my room or anything. I left of course after being there MAYBE 45 minutes and the hotel was supposed to refund me the full charge however that has not happened yet. I will return with an updated review if it does change. Hampton Inn-Beach Blvd definitely saved our weekend and I would recommend then over this hotel any day!
