I blame this site just as much as I do the hotel. The check in time was very confusing being that it stated tonight at 12am. No refund. No room. I guess I’m just supposed to take the loss…..

When we got to the hotel room is very dirty, refrigerator moldy, stain on the towel, stain on bed sheet, the smoke alarm is laying on top of the cabinet and a lot of hair on tub and the smell of the room terrible.

We only stay there for 10 minutes and left.

I was trying to contact the manager but nobody return my call and there staff always say call back tomorrow to speak my manager.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone .

The personal service is extremely horrible, the employee asked me to charge $20.00 in effective per person, something that I found somewhat rare. The room is extremely deteriorated in the bathroom area, the bathtub is dry. The bed linen. The breakfast was poor, and finally we left for another day.

The property is outdated, the curtains were torn down unable to reattach, bed is very noisy metal frame , tub is Super Small, I guess that was a hot tub in the room that was a NO, table with one chair ,microwave extremely small ....just a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WOULD NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN .... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I doubt the room had been cleaned before us. Old vape found in the room, dried toothpaste in the sink and rats. I would be ashamed to attach my name to this place if I was Wyndham.

Recommend don't stay here.

I requested a smoking room and there were no ashtrays in the room. They sent me a text saying "if you need anything, respond to this text", which i did ask for ashtrays and didn't get a response or the ashtrays. Room was in poor shape, the lobby smelled of mildew, shower head leaked and sprayed all over the floor, shower curtain rod wasn't secured and curtain kept opening, holes in the sheets and comforter, and the tub was dirty/stained. We will not be staying there again.
