Extremely clean property. Breakfast was fresh. Atmosphere was family friendly. Had a feeling like being at home. I would highly recommend this property and I will stay here again the next time I come to Oklahoma.

Hotel was run down and dirty . Sticky floors and dirty furniture in lobby.

Place was up kept and clean, our room did have a urine odor that we couldn't quite place, not overtly powerful but noticeable whenever we came and went.

Krystal provided outstanding customer service. She was courteous and went out of way to assist us. Was patient and kind. House keeping was also excellent. Luggage cart was a little flimsy. Would definitely stay there again.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately. Super fast check in and the room was clean and roomy. The whole place had a great vibe and will definitely stay here again when I come back!! Dee at the front was amazing and friendly and helpful!!

The hotel probably would have been great, but I never made it due to airline cancellation. The "terrible" rating is thus entirely due to booking on *******, which didn't allow me to cancel the hotel when the airline canceled. Fortunately I bought the extra insurance, but ******* makes filing a claim ridiculously complicated, hoping people will just give up. If the insurance pays as advertised I'd change my rating from terrible to bad. I'd not book through ******* again, but directly with the hotel.
