The bathroom toilet plugged up. The toilet whistle when it was flushed and flushed 3 or 4 times when you flushed it. The water pressure was non existent. They have a card to hang in the door if you need towels etc. But they never brought them. We had to go downstairs to get clean towels anytime we needed them. The air conditioner was way too small for the room. There is a divider when the sitting room was separated from the bedroom but the air conditioner did could not reach that part of the room. The washing machine was broken so we had to go to a laundry mat. There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor.

We had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay. The customer service was the worst we have ever encountered. Johnathan at the front desk was rude and unprofessional from the very beginning.
After our first night, we placed our used linens and towels outside the door expecting fresh replacements. When we returned from my son’s soccer tournament, no clean linens or towels had been provided. I called the front desk to request some, and instead of handling the request professionally, Johnathan responded rudely and told me to “read the sticker on the mirror” explaining that housekeeping only comes every three days. His tone was condescending and dismissive.
When I went to the front desk to pick up the items myself, he seemed irritated, questioned why I had removed all the linens, and made me feel as though I was wrong for simply requesting clean bedding and towels for myself and my children. Although he eventually handed them over, the experience was unnecessarily unpleasant.
The following morning at checkout, Johnathan was more focused on making his coffee than assisting me, and it appeared he was laughing and joking with the janitor at my expense. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel extremely disrespected as a paying guest.
To make matters worse, the room itself was not clean — we found large cockroaches during our stay, which added to the discomfort and frustration.

Night desk man "did't know" if there were vending machines on other floors. Vending machine #1 out of bottled water, #2 out of service, #3 no lights on (but no water option so didn't try it). Eggs salty. Pool closed for "filling" on evening of arrival. Day 2, no towels at pool. Night 2, the only ice machine quit working. Halls smelled weird (not bad necessarily, but weird). Bathroom tiny!

The location was good for our needs, however, the amenities advertised on the website were false. The pool was not heated, the breakfast was not a good variety of foods. The photos of the rooms online are miss-leading. The photos look really great, but in reality the room had rust spots, and chipping paint. There was even an nail that wasn't all the way nailed in that I hit my arm on twice.

The staff was so nice and helpful! I give them 10/10! When we made the reservation and paid for hotel online we were not aware that we had to put down a $100 deposit as well once we got to the hotel. I feel the website needs to do a better job of showing that! The hotel room itself has had water damage or something because the whole room just reaked of mildew and the small pullout ,we ended up not using, had mold on it.

Could have been much better
Staff was nice and friendly. Bed was very comfortable, but pillows were extremely hard. The bathroom and bathtub were very filthy. So much built-up mildew, they need better staff to clean the rooms.
Complimentary breakfast was very scarce, no fresh fruit at all.

The front desk guy was pleasant. No proper toiletries, moldy smell, condensation made wet floors, for a family of 3 only 1 towel in room and not enough soup in dispenser
