The pool and spa were closed. Trying to get your deposit back is impossible. They make stuff up to keep your deposit.

酒店回复: Thank you for your positive feedback and your business we really appreciated. Your deposit was not charged it was a hold and we canceled it the same day you checked out. The banks usually takes 5 to 7 or 7 to 10 business days for the hold to release and we have no control over that.

2nd time here
The man was really rude and tried to cover up with an excuse but honestly 2nd time I dealt with him and didn’t get any better. He put my card as visa tried a couple times when it was a master card then told me to figure it out because it charged him 25 cents a transaction. I get it and was very respectful but the pool don’t have water, locks didn’t work both rooms, thee attitude and an old man always just just staring out or looking lost was enough for me. I’m sure it’s a relative that is bored or wants to get out but I or anyone else shouldn’t have to feel guilty for it. The place is barely holding on and they cut as many amenities as possible to capitalize is my experience.

Then you wanted to pay with Apple Pay which declined 3 times so the FD person told you check the card before he can run it again because there’s a 25 cent charge for each transaction we run. Your card never went through and you had to use your girlfriends card which went through. Thank you for letting us know we appreciated

Staff was nice and fast. Room was not clean. Had garbage from previous guest. Liquor and open bottles on shelf. Somme alarm covered with plastic bag, burns on comforter from what looks like cigarettes? Brought this to the attention of front desk upon arrival, they said sorry and said housekeeping would take care of it tomorrow morning.
