Nice quiet area but the room Instayed in had a mini fridge that made a tick sound non stop. Told the Manager on site, Nick who checked us in and out and he didn’t seem to care or gave us a response.

Price was cheap. But everything from power outages to weak wifi signals made my customer service experience low. I dont understand why Concord CA hotels have so many issues

The power outage was less than 10 minutes because of the storm we had in night and morning. The WIF was working fine because they were using it in the office and other customers were also using it.

The pool and spa were closed. Trying to get your deposit back is impossible. They make stuff up to keep your deposit.

酒店回复: Thank you for your positive feedback and your business we really appreciated. Your deposit was not charged it was a hold and we canceled it the same day you checked out. The banks usually takes 5 to 7 or 7 to 10 business days for the hold to release and we have no control over that.
