I cannot remember ever having a worse experience than this. There was no ice available. The deadbolt would not turn. The lock above the deadbolt was broken off. Cigarette burns in the blanket. Light switch by door turned on nothing. Not the accessible room I had asked for. Toilet paper dispenser empty (I could not fill). And worst of all- bathroom was full of BUGS!

The picture of the room was misleading. Roaches in the bathroom. Ceilings and walls are bucking outward. The hallway and stairs were not cleaned. Unpleasant smell, Breakfast was coffee and muffins. The quilt had holes in it. Missing light fixture in the bathroom. Trash bags in the hallway.

We stayed here Saturday august 24th and the conditions were appalling. Not only is there mold on the roof, but the roof is also deteriorating with water damage. The building itself was stained with the residue of smoke dripping down the walls. Even in our non-smoking room there was evidence of smoking, again residue on the walls and bedding/pillows absorbed with the smell of smoke. The worst possible thing was that the door opening to our room had large gaps at the bottom and side of the door which we had to cover for privacy/safety concerns. The bathroom door looked like someone had kicked it in, and the bathroom towels were still damp (but refolded) presumably from the previous guests, which shows that the room was not properly cleaned. The floors were completely sticky to the point out shoes were sticking, and you could even see footprints from previous guests. The only surprising thing was that there were no bed bugs. I would not recommend this to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness or safety.

The worst econo lodge I have ever been to I was up here for work DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!! I felt so horrible I just should have slept in my car.. it was disgusting had to slam door so loud just to close... felt nasty.. this is a place not for me was scared to sleep

A friend and I stayed in mid-May, 2022. The bed was comfortable. There was hot water and air conditioning. The rhododendrons and azaleas were in beautiful bloom. On the other hand, the flower and bush beds are filled with weeds and cigarette butts. The hall needed vacuuming. The door had to be slammed to close. The room is battered up on the walls and furniture as if some violent activity has occurred. Breakfast was limited to coffee and rolls, "due to COVID," although other motels were offering full breakfast as advertised on their websites. There was no cereal, milk, or juice. The office printers did not work so no printed receipts were available. I stayed there in past years. It has definitely deteriorate and should lose its brand name or else pay more attention to maintenance and service.

This place was awful. It smelled like smoke and urine in hallways. Ice makers were broken had to go to front desk for ice. The pool was shot. The interior hallways were open to anybody to come in. Our room door had been pried open and messed up. The internet pictures are not right. I will be looking at reviews from now on. Please do not go here.

I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel.

We booked this hotel with our CIBC points but regretted it when we arrived. Shower curtain with mold black dots 🤢 Furniture all very damaged. Pool not open and under renovations. Breakfast bar no juice just coffee machine and nothing expect packaged muffins. All together never again.DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE !!!

I never write reviews but I had to write this one. I saw a few of the negative reviews on here but thought they were exaggerating and it couldn’t really be that bad! It was in fact that bad. Upon check in we noticed there was a sign that said refund will be given if asked for in the first 15 minutes. That should’ve been the first clue. The door to the room had dirty prints and claw marks on the inside. The bed had a layer of dust and dirt all around it. The bedspread and sheets had cigarette burns. The room didn’t even smell clean. The person at the front desk was apologetic and did give us a refund. We left and went to another hotel. I would’ve slept in my car before staying there.
