No luggage rack in room. Rooms only cleaned every 3 days, including trash removal. Could improve that.

Tacy - Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ketchum
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ketchum. The location is great! Views of the mountains were awesome and our room had a balcony where we could sit and enjoy that view. All of downtown Ketchum was walkable, with shops and restaurants very close. The room was very clean. The property is older, but has been updated. The bed was okay, but could have been better. The mattress was a bit thin and soft. It had a small, local, boutique feel and reflects the outdoorsy character of the area. They had an outdoor fire pit and corn hole. The complementary breakfasts were very good. I would definitely stay there again!

Didn’t live up to the pictures online.
The staff was friendly and the location was great but overall the hotel feels run down. It’s feels like an overpriced holiday in. Cheap furniture with bubbling finishes, floor buckling, pool base disintegrating and pool wasn’t very clean. Low water pressure in the shower.

Unimpressed for the price
Hotel was cute with decor but still felt cheap and basic. Lots of noises with running water and thin walls. Bedding felt very cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was average. Felt like a rip off for $400 per night.

This is an older style hotel that has been remodelled to look hip. It is okay, but not what I expected for the location or the price. For example:
- HVAC was a noisy wall-banger that blew right over my bed.
- There was a smoke detector that flashed LED lights periodically in view if the bed.
- No comforter, just thin bedding.
On the plus side, the staff was nice.

So many extras we enjoyed-live music, free breakfast that was different each of the three mornings we were there, and a filtered water station in the lobby to fill up our water bottles before our hikes!

说实话，我这辈子从来没给过酒店点评，但这次不得不写。两晚600多美元，房间脏得要命。放眼望去，到处都是灰尘和污垢。从浴室走到床边，脚都会被弄得黑乎乎的。以这个价位和地理位置来说，这简直无法接受。
位置不错，但并非完美。设施很棒，到处都是可爱的绵羊主题。早餐区是独立的咖啡厅风格。工作人员友好且乐于助人。这很好，因为他们每三天才提供一次客房服务，所以我每天都得去前台拿咖啡、毛巾、垃圾袋等等。客房服务终于来了，他们根本没有留下任何咖啡和毛巾。总的来说，我们住得还算舒服。可惜的是，你整晚都能听到外面有人走动的声音。
