It was awful. They assigned me a room in which someone else was already in. I go back and tell front desk and they assigned a different room. This room was a disgrace. All around filthy. The freezer and fridge was so dirty and the microwave as well. It looked like it was old blood in the freezer.
I left and told them I wanted a refund.

No early check in, sink clogged, door lock stuck, no remote control for the tv in the room, staff was not overly helpful, while leaving staff remember was at the desk, back turned, on the phone….super unprofessional. Place is really run down and could use an upgrade. Absolutely would not stay here again.

Visible debris/crumbs under the bed when I checked in. Near the base of the kitchenette island I saw what looked like a dead roach but couldn't tell. Suspicions were confirmed later when a live roach crawled up the wall and I had to kill it; place is not infested but apparently has pest control issues. Was there for 5 days and housekeeping NEVER came to clean my room or offer me fresh linens. If I hadn't tied up my own trash and sat it in the hall it would've just sat in my room indefinitely. One lamp in my room had no bulb and the other had tape on the socket and no switch/button. Flusher button on the top of the toilet frequently got stuck. I would NOT recommend anyone staying at this hotel. The only benefits were proximity to dining and shopping.

I had to check-in over the phone because flight delays would've caused my reservation to be deleted.
The room was clean when I arrived at 2:45am, but there was no soap, no shampoo and no items in the kitchen area if I was actually using for an extended stay.
I was too tired to call or go to the desk and ask for missing items.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Pillows need updated! Bathroom was dirty and shower curtain does not stay closed which caused water to run out. Lobby smelled like a nursing home!

Too many people just hanging around in parking lot til after 11 pm. Front desk provided absolutely no informarion except that the room was 204. Very slow processing information and thankfully it was for one nite bc any longer wpuld have been very difficult to navigate
