The staff was amazing and the rooms were VERY clean! The beds could be a little more comfortable but all in all it was a good experience.

This was our second time staying here and was completely satisfied.
The only complaint was it isn't easy to get a hold of the front desk prior to my stay. The line was non stop busy. Otherwise, everything was great.

We was suppose to have a king that’s what we booked got there was given 2 standard beds and the tvs are team small in the rooms and the room we was in 311 had a cut out section in the carpet and patched as well as a busted spot in shower and it was patched

A good stay for college move in day!
My mother and I stayed here after we moved my son into his dorm. Room was clean, staff was friendly, be was comfortable and hot breakfast was yummy.

Food options were plentiful, large group staying there so quite noisy, reception dealt with it promptly could have maybe done full service more regularly instead of just replacing towels and rubbish otherwise good stay staff were amazing

sheets had blood on them and spider in bed and bathtub. was charged $250 because was told room was smoked in when it wasn’t.

Very hard to find and use wall plugs. No USB.
Hair dryer broken.
No answer at front desk for 2 hours as I tried to check on an early check in request that was eventually denied. Said they were too busy.
Enjoyed hot eggs and sausage.
Bed comfortable.

Delightful staff. Clean lobby. 4th floor hall was a little musty—could have used air freshener. Bathroom tile missing. Dropped something behind toilet and pulled item up with hair on it. Bathroom could have used a paint touch up. Bed was so comfortable! You will hear the traffic a little, but not too bad. Price was great!

Clean property. Not the best area. Very loud at night from the highway noise. Didn’t request a handicap room and got one anyway with a shower nozzle that you had to hold the entire time. The sliding bar to hook it on didn’t work.
