I requested a refund but have been told it will not be given. We had to leave and go to another hotel as there was body fluid on the walls, which looked like blood. There were holes in the bathtub. There were insects smashed on the walls. The one night we did stay there was music blaring all night and we were concerned for our safety while there. This facility should not only be removed from the ******* site, but it should also be shut down by health authorities. Looking in other rooms through open windows, the mattresses had been removed which is concerning as that is a sign of insect infestation. The lack of help we got from ******* to rectify this situation was very disappointing.

i never stayed there at all. I had paid $60 for the room online, and when I got there, the guy tried to charge me $80, and I said no. As I left, he offered to let me have the room for $70. I kept walking. I was crippled from a car wreck and I"m a 100% disabled veteran. This was in Lawton, OK, on or about Oct 20th.

Staff is great, down to earth and helpful. Staff really makes this place cleaning ladies are awesome n always working very hard.

I stayed this location for over a week. There were some nights that the people next-door to my room. We’re very loud and always people going in and out of that room. The parking spots were very narrow and the room next to me was used as a storage room for extra furniture. The staff was very professional. I had to get my key to my room reactivated every day, so that was an inconvenience.

Staff was helpful and friendly but the room had roaches in it and they didn't want to move me rooms
