Meh.
Room door barely opened due to carpet height. A/c was either freeze you or fry you. There was no in between. Floor itself was noticeably uneven under the carpet. There was a noticeable pop in the wall about every 15 seconds anytime someone was upstairs in the bathroom. The in room refrigerator made a noticeable pop anytime the thermostat would turn it off or on. There was a rolled suction anti slip mat in the shower. I have never seen such a thing in a hotel. Other than those things, and it is completely understandable it could be room specific, but it was clean and the staff was vey helpful.

Property was clean and friendly staff. They were repairing the rooftop but that was the noise during the day. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was accommodating. The cleaning staff was very efficient and willing to bring items to you.

I double charged for the room. I called the booking agent and I talked with the desk clerk and both saidit would be fixed. However, I was double charged anyway. I am disputing the charges, but senior citizens should not be jerked around like that.
