Everything was great from check-in. Wonderful staff and the whole hotel was so clean and bright. Location was right off the highway. Bed and pillows was so comfortable too. Only one negative was that they use strong scent. You smell it as soon as you enter the lobby. I have allergies to heavy scent and my throat and voice were affected. Other than that it was lovely. Smoke free and pet free was a bonus!

Room was very clean, neat and orderly. Breakfast was delicious and excellent selections of foods. Bed very comfortable and nice amount of pillows.

Fantastic staff. Clean and nice rooms! I would stay there again. I have not stayed in a days inn in 30 years. I thought they were a lesser hotel but am I wrong!

The breakfast was terrible. I could never get the room temperature right. One minute it was too hot, then too cold. A wall unit would cure that. A Patel run hotel. Good location.

Concerned
AC smelled and sounded like a plastic bag was stuck in it. No soap on counter in bathroom, had to use th pump in shower, no convenient. Ask at desk no help, asked a maid, got a bar of soap. Shower head misaligned.
We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, through renovation and noise , but this time concerns me to stay again!

We have gotten away from bar soap and so you received from house keeper, because that's probably something that just had on there cart. All our pumps dispenser are hanging in the bathroom which includes moisturizer, body wash/ hand soap, shampoo and condition. We hope to see you again in the near upcoming future.

Everything was fine; from front desk to housekeeping, everyone was nice and professional. We had breakfast off site with family, so no opinion. We will be back.
