Front desk staff was extremely rude an unprofessional. Whole experience with the pre-booking was awful and difficult-putting it nicely. She would not give us our room, or a refund, or even let us pay what she said “we owed for the room”- even though we booked and paid online. We wound up driving 3 hours home.

房间里有霉味,根本没法住。味道是从浴室里剥落的地板和整个天花板散发出来的。即便房间又脏又发霉,他们也拒绝退款。我还在尝试联系客服解决这个问题,因为这完全不能接受。更恶心的是,竟然还有一片脚趾甲……太恶心了!
我们下午4点抵达,放下行李就出去购物了。回来后却发现沙发床上没有床单。接着我们检查了两个房间的沙发床……天哪!其中一个床垫保护套上有血迹,另一个竟然是一个旧的、沾满污渍的单人床垫放在了双人沙发床上。我去找经理,但没找到人。不过一位拿着夹板在走廊巡视的女士非常热心地帮助了我们。她去拿走了脏床单,并找了另一个床垫替换掉那个脏的单人床垫。之后我们又发现微波炉生锈了,也不能用,而且没有卫生纸。我们是在凌晨4点才发现没有卫生纸的!第二天早上,我去找了代班经理,告诉她没有卫生纸,她的回应竟然是:“你说得对,你说得对,是我的错。” 我周一早上一定会第一时间打电话给公司投诉!
这家酒店年久失修,第一个房间很脏,而且没有任何便利设施。
酒店发生火灾
我没有住在这家酒店。我到达时发生了火灾。服务员说她不能给我办理入住手续。大楼里有人吸烟。不得不去另一家酒店。火灾是由大堂里的烘干机引起的。
我已经多次向前台投诉过,说孩子们跑来跑去,吵得我睡不着觉,还被吵醒了,我想他们至少会给我几天时间,给我一点惩罚,因为我太吵了,还被吵醒了,没什么,以后我不会再住在这里了
服务很棒!只是酒店和房间的状况。我的房间没有暖气。我已经知道门有问题了。楼梯间也乱糟糟的。不过我还是很喜欢这里的服务
我喜欢这里的员工。非常愉快。乐于助人。
但是,宠物粪便随处可见。不好。
我觉得很安全,就像现在一样。
还会再来这里住。
