The bathroom was not clean. The bottom of the toilet was disgusting. No body wash in the shower which isn’t a big deal. The AC barely worked it kept freezing up but we were only there 1 night so wasn’t worth complaining about it. The tv didn’t work. Only the live television. Tried connecting the tv to the internet and it said there was no internet. What hotel doesn’t have internet. Tried connecting my hotspot to it and still wouldn’t work. Overall the tv was terrible. The only good thing about the place was the comfy bed and the good breakfast.

When we first checked in the lobby was cleaned and welcoming. I misplaced my phone during check in ask front desk but he was rude and didn’t try to assist.

The room service stoll small items. Nothing major but after they cleaned my room i couldn't find charging cables and my exercise band.

Very quick check in, average size room but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is much better than average. Dining options are limited but one exit away, there are numerous choices.

Room and property clean. Quiet. Helpful and pleasant staff.
Breakfast was mostly sugary stuff. Hot food was not the best quality. Only one fresh fruit choice.
Bathtub/shower floor was very slippery. No mat or slip guards. If one improvement could be made, I would recommend this.
Sheets are polyester sateen like. I would prefer cotton.
But safe area and convenient to Prattville area.

The best thing was the bed was comfortable, but the bed coverings felt damp. Also the room smelled like mold. The restroom floor was dirty and the shower was on an incline in a handicapp accessible room. The tv options did not allow for personal app usage which would have been a plus for me
