Bed Bugs all over the bed. Drunks hanging around outside, did not feel safe even walking into the hotel. Front Desk agent Tracy P was unwilling to help. Stay away from this hotel.

We will have our pest control company take care of this immediately. This property is very safe. We have cameras all around the property. We have some workers here that tend to "hang out" sometimes outside to smoke due to us being non smoking. Again, we do apologize for the problems you had.Thank you.

I paid through *******, but was also charged again for the room when I checked in. When I realized it, I brought it to their attention and they reversed the charges, but it will take several days to show the credit. I’m hoping it’s not going to be a hassle and it was just an honest mistake.

The only good thing I have to say it was cheap and clean.
Breakfast was terrible. No hot food except instant oatmeal. Coffee ran out on both mornings. No yogurt on Sunday morning.
No washcloth in room when we arrived. No coffee maker nor microwave in the room.
Smoke detedctor went off when heat was turned on.

酒店回复: We do apologize for the inconvenience that you had with the coffee running out. The desk clerk gets very busy sometimes and it may be difficult to keep up with the desk and breakfast. Both areas are their responsibility. As far as the microwave, it is in lobby. We do not have in each room. The heat setting off smoke detector happens due to heat coils getting dusty from heat not being used all summer.Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Internet Never worked in my room
I have stayed on business, and I needed to submit some reports and I was not able to do so since the internet was down or not working. I also wish my room had a microwave. I had to walk downstairs to the lobby to use their microwave which was inconvenience.
