What a nightmare
Hotel is ok rooms ok i have stayed there before
But the hotel have tried to take over £13000 out my account in 2 weeks confirmed by the the bank that it is the hotel forcing the payments
The hotel promised they would email me over a over payment and a refund and I’ve had nothing from them

The staff gave my reservation to another person (a reservation I prepaid). I had to wait while they investigate, it was not right. They are not verifying the name correctly, the phone number and confirmation number. There was only one reservation with my name (I have 2 last names, and one is not common), there wasn’t another reservation with similar name for the excuse they gave “of having similar names”.

Room was big and spacey , the shower water was cold it wouldn’t get hot! Overall stay was nice

The room was ok except it smelled bad not gross but not good. The beds were great and had plenty of pillows. The room was a little hard to regulate its temperature. The shower was great. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The pool was not heated or at least it didn't feel like it was which was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we selected this hotel for our stay. The people who worked there were great and very friendly.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
We were visiting some family and werent expecting much. To our delight, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Helped us get our room seamlessly, and also allowed us to book a 2nd room the day of for our family was travelling an hr away. Best experience from a hotel in a very long time!!

房间干净卫生,就是窗户打不开一点,换气,早餐不错,停车方便免费,购物周边有target大超市营业到23点,
房间的设施有待改进:浴室里没有毛巾架,衣柜里只有一个衣架。
