Gap in window curtains. Gap in three sides of doorway. Chunks and spots of bathtub have come off. It felt unsafe because of location and obvious long term residents

My daughter enjoyed the pool. Was supposed to have whirlpool tub but it didn't work knob in room was broken. Had trouble falling asleep at night with people upstairs drinking and partying half of the night. Next time will select a different hotel due to noise

The only good thing I can say was we were given a 1st floor room, the bed was decent and it had a tv.
However, first time EVER that I went to use the bathroom and there was literally feces on the toilet seat that my husband had to scrub off, a literal hole in the wall and the shower curtain rod looked like it was ready to fall out of the wall. I actually slept in my sweat pants because I wasn’t comfortable about sleeping in the bed without a barrier

2 day stay, stacy and amanda were very accommodating, very clean and quiet, near many restaurants close to Birmingham. Would stay again!
