Room 313. We offered a photo to the front desk of a large, yellow stain on our bottom sheet covered in black specks. We were not expecting luxury accommodations. But this level of filth is not okay at all.

Coffee maker in room was broken, AC unit rattled loud, there was a leak in the ceiling on our last night… There was water on the ceiling. Small little knots flying around in the room.

The room doesn’t have privacy shades or curtain that close all the way. The lights from the gas station filled the room

The common areas and the room had a funny smell to it.
The hotel needs to be renovated. It’s at least 25 years old.
The front desk personnel was very nice and helpful. Parking was ample. The breakfast was not very good and the cook was feeding one of his buddies before taking care of the guests. That’s kinda sad in my eyes. It all falls back on the management doing a poor job.

Put in 1st room & TV didn't work; the front desk gave us a new room, but at 2:30 a.m. someone was trying to get into our room. We reported the incident to the front desk and they admitted messing up but didn't offer anything more than an 'oops' we messed up and tried to give your occupied room to someone else. The hotel is old and not very clean.

Room was comfortable size & clean. Bed was comfortable. Heater a bit loud but with ear plugs able to sleep well. Furnishings were old but well maintained. Nice variety of food offer at breakfast. We would choose stay here again when passing thru Hays, KS
