酒店回复: I appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey. It's disappointing to hear about the bug issue, but I'm glad to know that the staff was friendly and polite. We have monthly service and will address this with our exterminator. Additionally, I will look into the housekeeping concerns regarding the fridge and carpet. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve for our future guests.

The hotel was nice. The staff were nice. We had no issues with checking in and out and got my refund for the 50.00 deposit back in less than 4 days. Would def stay again.

Front desk lady very helpful, greeted everytime we left and came back. Breakfast , good service also friendly. The staff overall was friendly. My favorite was the lady at front desk, she went out of her way throughout the process, sorry I didn't get her name. She wears braces, you will know her by the 😊 smile. Thank you staff, keep up the good work. If I ever travel here again, I will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast wasn’t great but room was good despite seeing a house gecko run across the wall :) room was nice though

干净、舒适，早餐很棒。附近有几家餐厅，步行即可到达。您需要乘坐出租车（或拼车）前往市内的热门景点，距离约 15 - 20 分钟。距离机场约 30 分钟。
酒店还不错，但早餐很差。
工作人员非常友好和礼貌。我住宿期间遇到的问题是房间里有蟑螂，冰箱坏了。房间本来可以更干净一些。地毯上有一些粘性污渍，床上有头发。
