This is the 3rd time this year i have stayed at same hotel. Twice room was in my name, once a friends. The room was not as nice as last stay. Dirtier, bed frame falling apart and leaving pieces all over floor, very small tv in a corner that when i went to turn so it could be seen by both beds was covered in dust and because it was placed on top of cabinet was very unstable. Some staff were very friendly, others had no southern hospitality at all. Shower rod was barely hanging on both ends of shower(should have taken pic, forgot, son cut his finger trying to push back onto wall). On 3rd day we found roaches upon returning to room and turning lights on. They scattered across the table/desk in room. Front desk said they'd treat the room but not til we left. Son and I went to dollar general and bought spray and treated entire room and our belongings. Then took all laundry whether clean or dirty to laundromat. They offered us a different room but I feel this was not a good solution because how are we to be sure nothing had already crawled in our belongings and we'd just take them to new room, or worse into our homes. My room last stay was so nice and clean and staff was just friendlier. I have used this hotel when I visit my son 2-3 times a year for the last couple years. Room 310 needs fixing and better cleaning. Last stay breakfast was better as well, this stay during the week they put out about half of what they do on weekends, even tho hotel was busy everyday.

Our first room had a pull out couch with a dirty mattress pad. Second room was cleaner. The key cards were terrible. They would stop working for no apparent reason. Had to go to the front desk too often.

We liked the Motels location and convenient parking. The room and bathroom were clean upon arrival.

It was a decent place for us to stop during our trip to Florida to rest and have breakfast before hitting the road again

Overall it was a good place. Fairly comfortable beds, updated slightly and made for a good night's rest to break up the long drive.

Welcoming & Reassuring
This hotel is both budget and kid friendly. We came to Birmingham for a doctors visit, and chose this hotel because it has a close proximity to the interstate. I have two special needs children, and my youngest was having a hard time understanding why he could not go swimming. He expresses his frustrations with screaming, and I was so scared we was going to get kicked out; however, it was the exact opposite of that. The lady at the front desk reassured me that she understood, and we were okay. There were some other guests that offered assistance, and were very caring in checking on us. As a single mother this place made me feel like I was doing things right... and anytime we visit Birmingham we will stay here!

Rooms were much more outdated than the pictures display including rusted items in the bathroom. Staff was friendly at least

安全。员工非常友好，停车也很方便。空调效果很好。房间很干净。门和浴室门框需要补漆。门必须用力关上才能确保关好，否则关不严。除此之外，入住体验很棒，我会推荐给其他人。
入住时被告知房间会在第三天打扫（包括垃圾和其他杂物）。但没有人来打扫，导致垃圾堆积。房间冰箱把我买的价值约10-15美元的食物都冻住了，导致食物变质/无法食用。
酒店员工总是热情友好。唯一让我不太满意的是枕头，不过我比较挑剔。每次回阿拉巴马州我都会选择这家酒店。愿上帝保佑你们。
