Nothing here met my needs it was FILTHY here and run down!! It is not ran well at all. The photos were completely false advertisements. We had to switch rooms 3 time until we got a room tbuhat was less than decent but ok enough to sleep in after we cleaned our own rooms the shower had mold in it the fold out couch also had mold on it. The head board and floors were sticky and filthy. I have taken sooo many picture i wish i could upload them here for you to see for yourself. I would NOT recommend this place or stay here ever again this is genuinely the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. It was so much wrong with it i didn't even say all that happened in this review because it would take to long to type.

Ok so Nida is amazing but the guy is rude and nasty. They are short laundry daily so you won’t get clean towels at all. These hotels cost way to much for the conditions

Pulled it and the parking lot is over grown and not well kept. A few questionable look people loitering. Didnt feel comfortable staying or leave my car there.

Do not go here!! Cannot understand the staff at the desk (when there's someone there). Housekeeping never showed up (we were there 4 nights). On the third night I asked at the desk if we were supposed to receive housekeeping, and the guy said something like, "you want clean?" Again, couldn't really understand. When they finally cleaned the room, we were almost out of toilet paper ( we had asked the guy at the desk for some when we wanted it cleaned). They did not give us any. The shower was filthy and the shower head was very low. Difficult to shower under it. Hole in the wall beneath the towel rack. Breakfast wasn't bad, but there was a guy in there cussing like a sailor one day. Not sure what his problem was. "Fitness" room has nothing but boxes in it. Pool is out of order (might want to mention these things on the website). Very noisy at night upstairs. Not sure what's going on up there. Remnants of pizza on the floor in hallway. Smell of pot. Flooring lifted up in the hallway. AC made a fairly loud noise, but it did keep the room nice and cold. Bed was fairly comfortable, but only 3 pillows (king bed). Very thin blanket.

Entering the room I was introduced to a semi flooded room, coming from the AC unit in the window, had to put a towel down. There is 1 way in and out of hotel when bringing in personal items. Side doors not usable. If I can help it, I won’t be staying here again.

TERRIBLE !
Upon arrival the parking lot was small & was shared with 2 other hotels so parking wasn’t ideal. The service was terrible. We were not greeted by the person working behind the counter. He was on his cell phone when we walked up to the counter. & prompted us to wait. Then immediately asked for my ID. No welcome or anything. He tells me the room i reserved is not available??? Which I had been charged for when I reserved it. (I checked my account & had screenshots to prove it) So we had to take a double bed room. We get our key & he doesn’t direct us, or inform us about free breakfast or anything. Just handed over the key. Room was filthy. Stains on floor, bed, walls. I’m just glad we only were staying 1 night. Never will be back !
