Professional, courteous check-in. Room is quiet and clean. Location is right off of I-80 with shopping and restaurants nearby. I didn’t use it, but noted an indoor pool. Good value for price.

First time back after a few months! The room was renovated and I was impressed! Our microwave died and management replaced it right away! Only complaint I have is at 8:45am someone tried to enter my room! Luckily we had the dead lock on so they couldn’t enter! We did tell front desk and they said they would check the cameras . Nothing more was said. That to me is a huge problem! There was no knock before enter and once whoever it was figured out they were not getting in the had to run as we checked the hall as soon as it happened !

我们的房间有股异味。泳池水很浑浊，池底黏糊糊的。虽然恒温器设定在83华氏度（约28摄氏度），但里面却很冷。办理入住时，我希望能和家人住得近一些。他们却告诉我猎人有优先权。我觉得这个理由很不合理，因为我们也付了房费。我们同样重要！虽然他最终安排我们住在同一层，但他居然说猎人比我们更有优先权，这太让人难以接受了！
我从加州一路开车横跨美国到纽约，住过无数酒店和汽车旅馆，从未写过差评——直到这次。这绝对是我人生中最糟糕、最令人作呕的酒店住宿体验。
所谓的“无烟房”里弥漫着浓烈的烟味，床单上甚至还有烟头烫出的痕迹。床单脏兮兮的，房间里还有肉眼可见的霉菌。空调坏了，冰箱也坏了，整体卫生状况糟糕透顶。
当我向酒店管理层反映这些问题时，他们拒绝给我换房间，只承诺部分退款，但我最终也没收到。他们完全缺乏责任感和客户服务意识，真是令人震惊。
为了避免麻烦，千万别来这家酒店。这种状况根本不应该继续营业。
酒店里到处都是臭虫。我儿子被咬得很厉害，我把四只臭虫拿给经理看，他们居然拒绝退款！我还联系了One Choice酒店，他们只给了我25美元的代金券，可以下次入住！经理居然还说情况没那么糟糕！
墙纸从墙上剥落，像是最近漏水了。房间和浴室里到处都是蚂蚁或蟑螂陷阱（没看到什么难看的虫子）。没有电梯！浴缸看起来很久没好好清洗过了。
房间很脏！梳妆台、被子和电视屏幕上都有可疑的污渍。浴室里还有一只大虫子！而且墙壁很薄……邻居吵得我们整晚都没睡好。
员工非常友善，酒店环境和位置都很好，淋浴间非常干净方便，看起来像是最近翻新过的。入住体验非常舒适。
