The remotes are not left in the room, but they are available at the desk upon request at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Room was decent and spacious. Bed a little soft, but otherwise alright. Toilet low. Staff nice. Room temperature excellent. Some highway noise, but no problem noise from nearby rooms. Room water had a fowl taste, but available bottled water sold near front desk reasonably priced. Breakfast good, but bacon needs to be cooked longer. Overall, a good value.

First great impression was the young lady at the front desk, she was great, polite, friendly and funny. Clean room was impressive with enough towels for 2 people.

The stay was great, had everything we needed and when we needed towels it was no hassle. Although the breakfast could have been better. In terms of variety maybe there could have been more options.
