I found that there was more traffic noise than I had anticipated. This can not be helped, it is a function of the exterior room entrances. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and the price couldn't be beat.

Clean but...
Room was clean (mostly). Small things like tv remote not working properly, couldn't control volume or turn it off. no light bulbs in th lamps. bathroom door one inch too narrow so much you can't latch the door. Also natts all over around the sink

I paid for a two-bed room and they gave me a one-bed room. They didn't want to give me a two-bed room.

Cons: They didnt give me my deposit back because of a singular dirty towel that would cost $3 to replace. Ac/heat unit was a hassle to keep the unit going for heat. I was having difficulty getting the remote control to work, and so did another guest. Only upgraded rooms and double beds have a fridge (why doesnt every room get one is beyond me?) There were many tiny fruit flies/gnats and mosquitoes. Room was poorly ventilated so air flow wasnt the best and the room felt moist at times, especially the bathroom even when running the vent all night.
Pros: The bed was comfort. My room was pretty clean (wxcept for the best of the toilet). I appreciated the smart rv (when it worked). The area was quiet and near a lake.

I booked through ******* and because my flight was delayed till the next day the Red Roof in staff REFUSED to change my check-in date to the next day and considered it a cancellation simply for the fact that there was “no manager on duty,” which also a terrible business aspect of this business to not have a manager available in some way to deal with these kinds of situations. Overall, terrible customer service experience from the front desk, customer service, and guest services. I lost money because of the terrible and inadequate customer service relatability of this business. I never received a call from the manager the following day when I asked guest services to specifically notate that in their email on the complaint I filed. I will never book with this company again and will continue to share my feedback with others that ask about the Red Roof inn. Thank you for a terrible experience.

Yeah, it's a 2 star hotel
Floor, toilet, bedside table and bedding hadn't been cleaned before I stayed. Sink was cracked. Neighbors were noisy.

Cheap is right !
I would never stay there again after what happened on my stay..my receipt had my room number but the front desk kept giving people the keys,then I come in my room and all my personal belongings was taken in plastic garbage bags! Tossed my food and beers! No one taken responsibility at the desk and manager/owners no where to be found..and when they return my stuff in bags ,things were missing😡😡 very unapologetic and lack responsiveness type of place. But..it's up to you!

梳妆台的中间门不见了,电视不工作,可能是遥控器坏了,浴室排气扇听起来像喷气发动机,暖气一启动也很吵。洗手液盒从墙上掉了下来,里面还没有洗手液。洗完澡后只有擦手巾可以用。最后一晚,房间钥匙失灵了,不得不去大堂两次,第二张钥匙才管用。幸好我有耳塞,所以还能睡一会儿。不会再住这里了,去年也有问题,以为今年再给他们一次机会,因为这里离我探望的家人很近。
这个价格对得到的服务来说太贵了。房间里还留有之前客人用过的脏毛巾。
