Cleanliness, despite the construction on the 3rd floor. Also, the staff were friendly and very efficient.

The room was nice and staff was excellent and people at front desk were extremely helpful. The lady that made breakfast every morning was the best breakfast i have had at a Holiday Inn in a long time.

Most of the staff was great but when hanging by pool it was very strict we had can beers and not bottle and they wouldn’t let us drink them by pool when I’ve been at other holiday inns and never went through that .. the gentleman that was working in front desk was great and very kind

The staff were polite and friendly. I liked that we could access our room from a door closer to it. We liked the automatic door for our room. Breakfast was really good.

I had a two night stay. I left the room at 1:30pm in the afternoon. When I returned the room had not been cleaned. When, reported ti mangement, she told me it a Holiday Inn Express, and housekeeping left at 1:30pm. Needless to say after returning to a room after a long day, to dirty towels on the floor and unmade bed. The manger soluntion, although very pleasant, was fir me at 1:30am come to front desk for towels. I would not recomend the Holiday Inn. My second bad experience with housekeeping.

I am becoming a fan of Holiday Inn Express. The value is very good. The price is just slightly above that of lesser hotels where I have experienced astoundingly bad stays. But the staff and facilities of Holiday Inn Express is superb. Furthermore, Holiday Inn express seems to be everywhere I want to go whereas other chains are hit and miss. It is good to have a chain at which I have experienced uniformly good experiences readily available.

A hidden gem!
The entire property is spotless! We had never been in the Niles/Warren area and didn’t know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised!!!! The hotel is truly amazing….the pool, courtyard, beds/pillows, breakfast, lobby, staff, etc. etc…..highly recommend!!

我在这家酒店住过很多次，非常喜欢。我丈夫大约一个月前在那里住过，他也说过同样的事情，非常吵。住在我楼上的人上蹿下跳，把东西扔在地上。噪音太大了，后来我终于睡着了，酒店突然停电了。这是最糟糕的一次。我非常失望，因为我在那里住过大约八次，每次都很棒，但最近两次感觉不太好。而且，现在有些日班工人睡在那里，他们在停车场喝酒，行为举止有点可疑。这让我真的不想再在那里住了。
