On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot.

我的房间里弥漫着一股腐烂的鱼腥味。前台服务人员很热情，但经理却完全不理睬。客户服务技巧亟待提升，尤其是在没有空房的情况下，还要强迫客人入住。经理在第一天没有回应这个问题，但在我们离开的最后一天，他却敷衍了事，态度很差，只能给3/10分。
前台那位漂亮年轻的女士凯特兰真是太棒了。希望我没拼错她的名字，她人真的很好。我们到的时候房间还没准备好，她非常体贴，还道了歉。在我们等待房间打扫期间，她一直和我们保持联系，并关心我们，我们非常感激！很高兴在酒店行业还能遇到这么好、这么尊重人的人。她真是个贴心的人，希望她的老板也知道这一点。凯特兰，继续加油，你一定会前途无量的！
酒店声称会隔天打扫房间，但在我们入住的9天里，我们只被打扫过一次。
