Everything was fine except the pillows were awful. I don't know what they were made of but they were super lumpy and super uncomfortable. All of the pillows were the same. Ruined my sleep.

The bathroom could really use updating, shower faucet was about to fall off, etc. A/C unit is the wall type and every time it shut off, there was a weird soft screaming sound that woke me up consistently through the night. Lots of little housekeeping fails that showed a lot of wear and tear. The front desk staff was good though. The location is right off the Interstate and easy drive to everything but then again, it's not a big city. Pretty much everywhere is an easy drive.

Hard to get heat/cool to regulate.
Holes in tub. Couldn’t get shower to work.
Seems like hotels are giving up maintenance.

The cost was lowest-priced. It's right off I70. Place is used so much it needs refurbishment badly.

The property was ok but definitely not a nice place. Tub and shower had a lot of stains, so much that my son didn’t want to take a shower in it. The pool looked pretty gross so we skipped it.
They did provide a decent breakfast and lemon water in the lobby, which was nice.

From check-in to check-out, service was outstanding. Front desk young lady was so nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and clean.
