It's wasn't good the floors was nasty and sticky the TV didn't work it. People come by ur door being loud.

Yes they all go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Everyone is like family. I love it here.

Stayed in multiple rooms, over all definitely need to bring cleaning supplies. One of the rooms had roaches bad. Another bed bugs. Hot water, hardly at all. Plus I paid for a "deluxe and that includes microwave and fridge. Well it didn't have microwave and although I had that room for 5 days. And I told them it was missing and told one would be taken to my room, it was never received.PlusThe one front desk attendant the bigger black lady definitely needs to be fired. For reasons in which I can't even discuss at the moment but if you would like to know you can ask. Maybe I will have the time, and patience to elaborate.

Black mold in main room and bathroom. Shower not cleaned. Property not kept up as there was trash everywhere. Room Key stopped working after three hours. No fridge or microwave. No tv remote. AC was loud and struggling to keep the room at 70. Only one bath towel in room. This property did not live up to other motels in the area. I guess you get what you pay for.

Room smelled like mold. Tub had a hole in it replaced with a piece of fiber glass it felt like you were going to fall through the tub.

wet stain on bathroom ceiling, dog hair all over carpet and it seems like alot of shelter people staying on premises

The rooms looked like the doors were kicked in, bugs in rooms and other things that needed to be repaired.

I loved the friendiness from staff, and understanding the love of our fur babies are family as well, and not charged for them
