There was an infestation of lady bugs and the toilet ran continuously. Also, breakfast not good at all we ended up doing next door to cracker Barrel

Efficient check in. Great spacious room with comfortable king bed. Breakfast was sufficient although toaster would not toast evenly and only waffle maker had a malfunctioning timer. Same exact menu options every day. Indoor pool is not heated but the pool room is heated. No bathroom off pool room, but down hall. Quiet stay until last night when large group of teens visited in groups in lobby, breakfast room and hallways on several floors, making it difficult to get to and from own room.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Our room was nice and big, but the floors weren't as clean as I would have thought. They need to pay more attention to detail on the vacuuming the carpet. I saw some debits along the edge of beds and a long the edge of the floor near the window. The air was nice and cool. The bed was comfy. The breakfast quality is a bit lacking, but par for a continental style breakfast. The indoor pool appears nice, although we didn't use it. The water was too cool for me. They have a laundry area and a exercise room. I would stay again if in that area. It's a bit of a drive to midtown and downtown Nashville, about 30 minutes.

Received no maid service during 3 night stay. Unannounced attempted entry by two males. Entry was blocked by security bar. I lost travel docs at room stay - passport and visa for entry into foreign country.

Decent
The first room I was in the tub was dirty they did switch me. The second room the air conditioner wasn’t really working and was loud so much so I had to turn the tv all the way up when it was on. Breakfast was decent hotel breakfast food. The only issue I would say is the check in person wasn’t very friendly and when they came to clean the room I said no thank you and they still insisted on taking my towels but didn’t replace them.

我等了大约15分钟才拨通。马上就收到一条短信:“我稍后给您回电”。
我回复短信询问何时可以入住,但无人接听。大约30分钟后,一位年轻人来到大堂。我要求与酒店经理通话,他说我之前打的电话就是他们的。于是我离开酒店,在街对面预订了一个房间。

为我们办理入住的那个男人粗鲁又不友好。难以置信这是你收到的第一起关于他的投诉。此外,浴缸的注水器从墙上松了,吹风机坏了,浴巾又旧又薄。
工作人员不让我和经理通话,一直说他不在,而且工作时间不固定。我打电话给公司,他们只是把我转回前台。直到今天,我仍然无法和经理讨论我的预订事宜。
