Room was clean but smelled. Hallways were very smelly! Thick smell of mildew seeping into the room from the halls. The ac was either locked or broken. I tried to turn it off overnight because it got extremely cold but none of the buttons worked. The staff who checked me in were very nice no issues there!

Terrible breakfast everyday, and the gym is the worst Ive ever seen, and I travel a lot. Overall the room was fine, but the hotel needa a refreah.

Nice staff, including for breakfast. Elevator(s) were broken two of the three days I was there and I was on the top floor. That was fun. Place was decent but needs a refresh.

The room was 'ok' only.
The shower curtain rod was like it was going to break. The bath door seemed to have damage around handle as if someone had tried to break it off and completely dented the door around it.
The hallway wallpaper was bubbled in a few places as if water leaks behind it.
Only one elevator was running which took too long to get to or from room.

I booked a 2 bedroom room. When we got to the hotel they said the room was having issues with the tv and they offered us a king room.

Our stay was really good! The staff was very accomodating since we arrive a day later than expected and they had our rooms ready to go. The housekeeping staff were very sweet, specially one older latina lady, she was the seeetest! Horwl is conveniently located next door to the RP Funding center and it was perfect for my daughter’s meet. We could 30 seconds and made ir! Such a game changer.
