elevator stopped working first night. Nothing offered. Rooms are old and bathroom could use updating. annoying that the bathroom isn't a private/corned off space (especially since there is a lot of wasted space in the room). Breakfast space is way too small for the amount of guests the hotel holds. Every morning was an unpleasant experience trying to get through the gauntlet. Signage around the hotel is wrong. Example: sign by the elevator on the first floor points to where vending/ice is. There is none on the entire floor. I was with a group that was supposed to get free parking, and that was not honored.

Service was excellent. Beds very comfy! Loved the layout of the room, very spacious. The only downside was the cleanliness. Cleanliness Inside the room was good, but the halls and elevator were not so good. Floors were pretty dirty. And I found a hair in the cream cheese at breakfast. That certainly didnt please me!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was large, modern and clean with a separate sitting area and small kitchenette. However, the bed was as hard as a rock and I woke up sore--time to upgrade those mattresses. A fire alarm went off late in the evening and was promptly shut off without any explanation or direction to guests. Unclear as to whether or not it was a prank or a reason to evacuate--need to follow up with guests on such serious issues.

On point every time
This is our goto hotel when in Lakeland for our FSC student. Works so well that when given a choice between on campus or here, our student usually joins us for a "staycation". Great breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Just wish the pool stayed

This was my 5th time staying here. The side and back parking lots are left untouched. Side door was broke for the 4 nights we were there. Breakfast has gone down hill as well. The waffle batter tasted sour. Which was the same as last time. Must be a cheap batter mix.

Property was convenient to restaurants and shopping. What I didn't like about my stay was that the television wasn't working at all; we only had four channels available, and they didn't offer me to stay in another room.
