Hotel didnt have a great experience bed sheets werent clean aswell nasty very dirty room needed to be updated rust in the tub bugs roaches we did not stay we left and had to get another hotel

Bed was very uncomfortable. There was rust in the bathtub. The bathroom was set up quite well for accessibility. Why is a handicap room on the 2nd floor? How do we get out if there is a fire or elevator goes out.
Room anf facility was clean.

Staff were great! We asked to move to another room after checking in due to needing a walk-in shower and were accommodated right away. The room was a bit outdated and some of the furniture needs replacing but it was adequate for our stay.

The deadbolt on the door did not work. Trash from previous people in the trashcan. Faucet in the shower was falling apart. This was the third time staying as we often have had a good experience when passing through to Florida. We won’t stay again.

Breakfast was nice. Fresh pancake machine was great! 24/7 coffee variety in lobby was very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We have stayed here several times as a family. This was one of our worst stays, albeit not terrible. My key card would not open our room on multiple attempts back and forth from the front desk. They had to change our room, which had a cockroach running around as soon as we turned on the lights. The room also smelled a little mildewy. The staff were very nice and friendly. The pool was nice for our kids. The beds were comfortable. And the breakfast was good.

Couch in room had lots of stains on it, bathtub was disgusting, everything smelled and the pool had gross things floating in it

Hotel is good for Price plus Rooms
Kids ate Free Breakfast and they said it was okay but not the best! Coffee was horrible. Hotel WIF is a joke! Hotel is very small and parking is very limited!!! Pool was indoors and needed a major cleaning!!! Front Desk Receptionist he was so polite

It was very obvious that the room we stayed in had previously had a flood. Water damage noticeable on the bottom of the water logged bathroom door as well as the terrible attempt of patching the ceiling. The room also had a musky damp smell and the floor on the side of the bed near to the window was wet
