We stayed here last year and the hotel is still great! The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean, and there are a lot of dining options.

Room was nice, needs a little tlc, carpet fraying and bathroom needs new lighting as well as lighting in bedroom by beds. Bedside table table was on verge of collapsing and housekeeping should check that both remotes work before signing off on rooms. No interaction with staff other than check in and she was very nice.

Graduation tril
Our stay was good, comfortable, the living area was not up to standard, couch was filthy and dining chairs in room were worn and stain just as bad as the couch, dishes in cabinets were dirty overall not bad for the price and location! This was a family trip so we didn’t stay I. Room too much!

I like the location of this property. It’s easy access to loop 250, lots of dining and shopping surrounding it and other hotels it’s also nice and quiet. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was excellent, everything you need, refrigerator dishwasher. Comfy beds & good ac. Will stay again

糟糕的住宿体验
酒店很好心，让我们下午两点就入住了。非常感谢。首先，他们给我们安排了一间听障房，这并非他们的要求。这次旅行我们带着我们的小宠物一起来。所以一进房间，一股怪味扑面而来。房间里有些地方完全没有打扫，闻起来有麝香味，像宠物尿液的味道。房间的角落里弥漫着浓重的难闻气味。马桶座圈没有清洗干净，前面有一些棕色的残留物，座圈本身也松动了，快要脱落了。我丈夫好心帮我修好了。浴室的角落里弥漫着深橙色的污渍，还有污垢和一些毛发。马桶左侧墙壁的底部到处都是污渍，也没有清洗干净。浴缸的水龙头上到处都是绿色的皂垢，真是令人作呕。淋浴墙的角落有一个很大的缝隙，没有用任何填缝剂填补。浴室状况糟糕透顶。晚上晚些时候，我们去拉沙发时，沙发竟然从铰链处断了。现在我对这间房间的质量非常失望，我让我丈夫打电话到前台，告诉他们沙发是从铰链处断掉的，这样他们就不会认为是我们损坏了沙发。我们一晚的房费根本不值这个价。非常失望。他们说酒店已经客满了，所以没有其他房间的选择。

我们下午4点入住，房间还没准备好，所以我们不得不等了一个小时。当我们拿到房间时，房间很臭，有点脏，沙发上有污渍，不知道是血迹还是食物，还有什么红色的东西
