Safe, quiet hotel with very basic amenities. Very clean. I stayed three nights and the front desk staff was not visible except on my arrival. I suspect the attendant stays behind a partition wall. There is a video camera watching the desk but no way to alert staff short of shouting. Asking for help in a normal voice was not fruitful.
My problem was a cold shower. It turns out the shower valve is plumbed backwards, so the farther the lever is turned toward hot the colder the water becomes. I was wide awake after my brisk shower!
Also, housekeeping skipped my room after the first night which was a minimal annoyance.
So not special, but clean, quiet, and safe.

If you stay at any of the Hilton Hotels just be prepared to not have a microwave to warm up your food. The Spark Hotel in Bluffton location only had one microwave that was in a main area. They need to bring microwaves back into the hotel rooms this is ridiculous. My next stay will definitely be at a resort or a place that has a kitchenette or Motel 6 they have a microwave this was terrible as far as not having a microwave, but the staff was really nice and helpful.

Decent stay for a decent price. Rooms as big and updated. Showers are very nice. Breakfast was ok, not as big as other places. Pool is okay, but not big, and has no hot tub. Bed was a little firm, but slept fine. Pillows were way too soft/flat, just ask for firmer pillow.
