Fridge had black mold inside of it. Called 4xs before the attendant answered because she was busy in her cell phone. She stated they knew it was in the fridge but since we booked thru travigo who is a third party we couldn't expect a perfect room! 😡TV. Didn't work. Payed for a king size from got sent to another room that was queen size!!¡!!

Had only 1 problem with riom...TV remote would not change channeks even after new batteries

We have always had a great experience at this hotel! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The staff is always kind and helpful. It is also perfectly located, with lots to see and do close by.

The tv wasn't working correctle, we moved rooms. The lights dudnt work well. The internet wasn't always avaiable.

I thought it was a very nice place to stay for the money. There are restaurants and shopping that you can walk to. It was very clean and not outdated. Breakfast was just OK. The pool looked good but we did not use it. We saw others swimming there. I would recommend it to others.

The room definitely exceeded my expectations! Definitely will be staying here again whenever i go back to cedar point

The room was clean but was outdated, especially the carpet which was in pretty bad shape. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location was perfect. The Mexican restaurant next door is just excellent. There is also a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and shops easily walkable.
I would stay here again but would like a little better room.

The room was decent but bathroom was very small and had mold. Overall not bad place for one night stay
