Room furniture was pretty bad, curtain didnt cover the whole window ! Window leaks
Also you have quiet time, was watching tv and had to shut it off ! Will not stay here again

It was a senior’s or person with limited mobility’s nightmare. The hotel is so fearful of losing kitchen and unit items there are none in the unit except one dish rag. No dishes, silverware, paper towels, nothing. I was told handicap rooms only on third floor. Elevator broke and other residents told me it’s almost a daily occurrence. I called front desk to help me downstairs and I got bad attitude and was told no one could help. I checked out 2 days early fearful of my safety.

Shabby room with chipped furniture and moldy shower. Bed was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was not friendly or nice.

Honestly a little bit dirty (fridge dirty/rusty on outside so eyesore, other things like that) and noisy at times. There was a smoke smell throughout parts of hotel/where my room was and could use some work.

Not for overnight
This place smells of smoke! The elevator didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor! No coffee in the room but they have a “grab and go” breakfast! The HVAC is loud and the lighting could use an upgrade

The permanent residents have ignored the no smoking signs and smoke freely in their rooms making the entire facility smoky and sticky with tar. My smoke allergy made it impossible to stay in this "Smoke Free" place more than a night. I checked out the next morning with severly itchy eyes and my throat closing up. It was unpleasent. I was able to get a room near by at the Courtyard. It was fantastic.

The hotel was dirty and falling apart. We were missing a cabinet, the floor was dirty and the room smelled like ****. The photos online did not accurately reflect the actual condition.
