The bed was stained and had tons of debri and hair balls in it. There was a used wash cloth in there. The toilet was offal it was rusted and make so much noise when you sat down or got up. The shower head looked like it was about to come off the wall. They were booked up and had no other rooms available to put me in but offered a 50% discount. It was not a pleasant experience. I will not be staying here again.

There was drywall all over the floor, several horrible patch jobs of drywall, black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that they tried to cover up with paint. I have pictures of it all. When I informs the front desk as soon as I walked in they would not refund the money.

Staff at front desk sat the entire time never got out of chair to help or greet me. Seemed very disinterested in welcoming me and lack knowledge on several questions asked

First time -last time.
Let me start with the good. The room was clean (mostly), the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was awesome. The staff we dealt with were also friendly and helpful, but several others were constantly sitting around on their phones.
This hotel has not been maintained very well. A lot of the items in the room were worn and/or stained. The A/C unit was missing the vent cover so the air blew straight into the side of the bed leaving the room warm and stuffy.
There was someone (I'm not sure if it was staff or guest) smoking pot in the elevator and hallway. I didn't see them, but almost got a contact high every time I left the room.
The breakfast was...not good. The eggs were bland at best, and the waffle mix was runny making the waffles soggy on the inside. They also ran out of coffee cups an hour into breakfast.
Overall, the three stars I gave were being generous.
