Could hear the guys next door talking loudly between 12-2 am. Do not take an adjoining room if offered you can hear everything. I was allowed to change rooms for my last day thank gosh!

Customer service was good. The hotel was clean. The rooms were older and worn down. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was not good quality.

Won’t go back
It was not so good- toilet lid loose, shower plunger very hard to work to get water from shower, had to buy water- no evidence of water at breakfast. There was an unidentified spout and the red light said “refill”. Had to buy a bottle of water at desk.
A cleaning spray and dirty rag were left at the tea station, the employee room door was left open with no employees around- exposing purses hanging on hooks in easy reach of hallway.
The rooms were not very soundproof- heard a long conversation from someone on the phone in the next room - legal conversation.

Good stay
Bed was average. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was hot and strong! That’s a plus! Staff was good!

Room was spacious and comfortable, glad we chose to stay here for our mini vacation this past weekend, we’ll be staying here again. Staff was very nice and helpful, nice to have people like them when you’re checking in and out!

Awesome staff, not so awesome accommodations
The young lady who checked us in couldn’t have been more helpful or kind but the property is fairly run down, our bath/shower didn’t have a shower curtain, and the mattress had springs/coils that made squeaking and popping noises every time we moved and was very uncomfortable.

Not terrible but not good.
It was okay. Beds were mediocre, pillows were mediocre, one pillow case was dirty and the actual bed looked like it had blood stains on the side underneath the sheets. I could see it through the white sheets. Curtain on window had stain. Walls in bathroom and entry area had stuff on them, needed wiped and bathroom was mostly clean but needed fine cleaning better!

Very good motel.
The first room they gave us wasn't cleaned properly. They quickly moved us to another room which was very clean. We have stayed at this motel several times and this was the first time we have ever had a problem. The rooms are always in satisfactory condition and the staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to our needs.
