2nd stay in a week. Rooms are very clean and arriving late was pleasantly quiet night sleep! Awesome front desk staff!

Not fancy by far, but convenient to the the places for which I was in Wilmington. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Had a TV issue - resolved quickly by staff, ice machine not working on my floor - resolved by staff quickly, had an issue with a bed frame tripping hazard - again resolved timely manner, shower leak (spraying on to the bathroom floor - resolved very quickly. Would not necessarily stay here with my wife, but for basic amenities and just to sleep, perfectly fine.
Oh, not that it was an issue for me, only one elevator was in service.

The hotel was clean, had a friendly staff and the bed was comfortable. No complaints with the hotel but the bar next door was very loud and didn’t stop playing music until 1:30 am. We could hear all the lyrics word for word. We were on the 6th floor. So as far as a restful nights sleep sadly it wasn’t. Again no fault of the hotel just something to know when booking.

We are unfortunately aware of the bar and grille next door at times getting noisy. They can cater to the college crowd sometimes. We are working with them for a solution that is good for both establishment. We do have a noise ordnance in the area that after midnight they must shut something like that down or have the volume at a reasonable level. I was only there for a short period of time passing through so for my 8hr stay of me getting there around 2:30am it was ok.

酒店位于高速旁边，去downtown和海滩车程10分钟左右。
设施比较老了，沙发很旧。卫生间不知道为什么非常潮湿，衣服也潮潮的。
最奇怪的是，我们放桌子上的一大包零食，后来发现少了很多，估计是被人在房间里偷走了。这也是第一次碰到。之前看到有人评论被人偷了现金。大家小心点。
工作人员很热心，真诚地回答了我们所有问题。早餐总体来说一般。房间足够宽敞。酒店里我没有看到Netflix、YouTube之类的应用。
工作人员非常愉快，房间也很干净。
