We did have one problem with our original room, we had a little uninvited guest, but no worries management was able to get me a new room, pronto and comped me for the night as well, everybody displayed excellent customer service and other than that little hang up The food. The service and the quality was excellent.

The rooms were filthy—roaches, ants, nail clippings, dirty carpet and food from previous guests all over the floor. They were unable to provide maintenance for bugs at all. Breakfast was set up late because my elderly father HELPED them do it, and they took it down right hours before posted ending. It was like a story you read about on the internet but think “it can’t be that bad”. It was THAT bad. Front desk clerks were always on the phone arguing with others, and offered no solutions. Do not recommend and do not stay here.

Property had a clear sign posted that Cash App cards were accepted. Reserved online and was denied the stay because we were using a Cash App card. Found a different hotel that had no issues with it.

The building, grounds and rooms were clean. The public areas and guest rooms need refurbishing. Carpets and walls are worn, doors sag, furniture is dated. Everything works and the staff are super kind.

Very Strong Smell of Pinesol
The room was cold, but smelled so strongly of Pinesol that I had to keep the door open and got a headache.
