Did not really enjoy my stay. Said no smoking everywhere but every building reeked of smoke. Bathtub had weird black stains at the bottom. My key card also stopped working when I came back in the middle of the night before a snow storm. It was freezing out and I had to go all the way back to the lobby building. I was offered no apology or explanation as to why the card stopped working. Very little communication. Just gave me the card back and said try it now. Will not be back

We rented the family suite with 2 beds and the loft. The showers were disgusting, the floors felt sticky and there was mold on the wall! The beds only had sheets, no blankets.
The area is very sketchy, broken glass, and stunk like ****. The peephole to our door was also broken and you could just see right through it.
We would have just left immediately but came in late. Decided to just try to sleep. We slept for maybe 4-5 hours. And got out fist thing in the morning, didnt shower, and brushed our teeth with bottle water because we were so grossed out. I sent two emails to the property managers with photos of all of this with no response and called twice and they just said they would call back and never did.
Wish I could post the photos here because I’m not exaggerating, it was disgusting.
Absolutely do not stay here it’s gross and uncomfortable and doesn’t feel safe.

Very dirty and not properly cleaned. There was blood/a huge red stain on the floor of our room and it was not properly cleaned beforehand. The pricing was cheap but that was it. I would unfortunately not recommend this hotel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They switched my room to be closer to my family with no hesitation. The full kitchen was a nice bonus!

When we pulled out the sofa bed, it was half broke along with rust type material falling off of the already filthy sheets. I requested a different room. We were shown two options and I opted for the least smoke smelling room for our family. The "hot breakfast" in their main dining area follows zero health precautions. The very few items that were offered were luke warm at best. Fruit flies swarmed overripe fruit along with an overall dirty appearance on tables and serving counters. The property has an overall dated and worn feel, along with the type of crowd it draws. Honking, banging on doors, screaming throughout the night from guests or locals (not sure which one) was the normal evening routine from 1 am-4 am. The property does not feel safe or have any security presence. My son brought me a used needle with visible blood in it he found in the closet. Disgusting and downright unsafe. Never again. Refused to refund me. I reported them to the health department.

The check-in staff member was very nice and helpful. Check in was smooth and efficient.
The hotel really needs upgrading! The website shows a newer remodeled lobby, common areas and a couple remodeled rooms, however our room was not that. There were no facial tissue or paper towels and there was garbage in the trash cans. The T.V. was just plain sad. It was so small and far away from the bed, it was pointless to try to watch anything unless you sat on the couch.
The room was very spacious and clean and was fine for a one night sleep, however.
The location of the hotel is a bit sketchy as well.
