Room was clean and housekeeping was very friendly. Desk clerk was a little standoffish… not downright rude but not pleasant either.
The pool and hot tub were very nice.
My only complaint was the noise outside my room was quite loud.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean and all the fixtures worked. We were only there long enough to sleep.

Negatives: Door bolt locks on both rooms I reserved were broken. The lock on pool door is also broken. Daughter found hair in the shower tub.
Positives: Breakfast was great, grandkids and I really enjoyed it. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool was a blast for the kids

Felt the rooms would have been nicer than what they were considering how nice it is when you walk in and the pictures. The chairs were stained and rickety. The toilet seat needed tighter or something. The fridge was dirty. Just on the wall/ceiling. Can’t move the TV or plug your own into it.
The pool was closed due to private event, however, hotel did offer free passes for waterpark.

Non-refundable means non-refundable! We didn't even go there. I accidentally booked the wrong week, unrefundable. ******* sent a message to try and change the date, but when we didn't hear back in 48 hours and we got a sour taste and changed our trip entirely to elsewhere. Oh well, better than a vacation in Kansas, as we say!
