The little gal that was at the front desk was such a sweetheart. So helpful. The hotel was clean, smelled good and was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was one of the best eaten at a hotel anywhere. Would love to go back.

This motel needs a current review from Choice.
I told them that in my review.
The pool was contaminated. The vending machines don’t work. Our a/c rumbled all night.
But the most grievous sin was that our room did d not have a smoke detector. It was part of the fire alarm system and had been removed.
That is a major violation of City of Wichita and Kansas State fire codes.
I will not stay here again.
The motel parking for the airport was convenient but the motel does NOT offer shuttle service.
The inconvenience and lack of safety for the occupants is far overlooked and overdue.

The shower was all scratched up. Bathroom was out of lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Floor was dirty.

Management and staff were amazing. The manager called us before the reservation due to some renovations and was very accommodating.

Great place to stay
The staff attempted to call us multiple times before we arrived to let us know the elevators were out of order and they would be happy to get us into the hotel next door so we didn't have to take the stairs to the third floor. We chose to stay and take the stairs. It wasn't an issue at all and couldn't be helped. The staff were great about it. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and quiet. They offer shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, a hair dryer and clean towels. They had plenty of hot water for showers. The hotel offered breakfast.

Staff was kind despite some very rude customers due to a computer failure the attendant clearly was not in control of! Breakfast was good, many options

It was a modern and clean room but the door wouldnt open and close without a llt of effort. The door jamb or somthing must have been damaged previously. The walls are super thin. Apon arriving we could hear the gentleman next doors phone conversation word for word, he wasnt raising his voice either.. It was hard to stay in the room with that going on. The evening host was not that helpfull but the morng staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical. I did accidentialy leave a garment bag with several shirts and they contacted me and was able to quickly ship it back to me.

We arrived four hours before check in time and they graciously allowed us to get into our room immediately. The room was clean and very adequate. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of food.
The only negatives...the outlets on the lamps didn't work so we had to crawl around, moving items, and unplugging lamps so we could plug in our chargers. Also, we could hear every noise out in the hallwall, including the people that came in each night after midnight.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we're in town.
