My daughter, granddaughter and I checked in about 5:15 Saturday September 27th. We got settled and walked over to MOD Pizza for dinner then to Aldi’s. When we got back we put a few things in the frig. and went to give our 26 month old a bath. What we found was a tub with mold around all of the fixtures, absolutely disgusting.
It wasn’t until about 8:15 when sitting n the bed I noticed the pizza box. I took the picture and then took the box to the front desk. It obviously is an old pizza.
The front desk was very rude and only offered 10% off. I was told we stayed in the room. Well, we weren’t offered another room. She said the hotel was full. SO, I’m guessing we were supposed to awaken a 26 month old, pack up our things and go look for another room in an area we are not familiar, over 2 hours away from home!? And if this hotel is full are the others? Seriously?? Very rude, passive aggressive staff at the front desk.

TV did not have live cable feed sheets had stains on them and should have been thrown away. Not reused. Drain in shower would barely drain during shower

Elevator was broke and we were on the third floor. The room smelled bad. Overall it didn't seem dirty but the hotel in general was looking worn out and didn't smell good. Seemed like lots of rooms were smoking and you could smell it in the hall.

Felt unsafe, smelled like marj, loud, sketchy clientele, first room given had bent door frame so wouldn’t actually close.
Front desk girl was ver accommodating and did move me to another room.

Everything was fine except that I paid for a King bed, non smoking room and was given a room with two double beds. I was told that there were no other rooms available so I would expect a refund for the difference.

NEEDS UPDATING! Sheets had a stain. The carpeting in the room was dirty. Turned my husbands feet black! The staff is very nice and great selection of food near by.

Bed was very comfortable. Tv selections were great. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again. My only issue was the website said the pool was open until midnight and it was only open until 10pm, my boys were disappointed as we did have a late check in. But overall the stay was excellent.

Property is very tired and needs a total renovation. Room smelled musty, some water damage to walls in bathroom, bed pillows are very worn and unsupportive. Staff was friendly

Very low toilet, shower chair in a room where the shower head doesn't detach doesn't make it accessible.

Details like poor caulking around sink and tub give the feeling of poor workmanship which leads to overall feeling of how the hotel is maintained.
