从头到尾，这次预订都非常不便。网站上说可以取消或更改。但当我提前六个月想调整日期时，酒店却拒绝了，并告诉我如果我不在预定日期入住，将损失所有预订费用。

入住时，服务员的态度还算和蔼。然而，房间却糟糕透顶。首先，房间位于走廊尽头，呈直角，完全避开了任何监控摄像头。门上明显的损坏痕迹表明曾发生过或尝试过入室盗窃。

除了门上的损坏，房间内部的门安全措施也不足，质量和重量都很轻。那个所谓的“安全锁”简直是从墙上脱落下来的，这进一步表明曾发生过入室盗窃。

浴室里，暖灯明显被拆下又重新装回天花板，留下了巨大的缝隙，大到足以安装一个摄像头。在我使用浴室或淋浴之前，我不得不去商店购买胶带，并请家人帮忙把暖灯周围的缝隙封起来。

我的房间和隔壁房间（并非我预订）之间的门只有一个门把手锁，而且这扇门同样很轻。门底与地板之间的缝隙也足够大，可以被强行或巧妙地打开。

总而言之，当我尝试在退房日期前提前退房时，经理说她无法给我一份零余额收据，因为技术上她无法为我办理退房。我提出不退还任何费用，因为我已经习惯了他们糟糕的客户服务，但她仍然坚持说我实际上无法退房。我收到了一张她手写的收据，上面写着我已退出了一个已全额预付的房间。

我还没有提到，酒店只有一楼大堂有制冰机和自动售货机，但我在入住的整个两周内，所有自动售货机都无法使用和/或空无一物。

鉴于这据称是一家Choice Hotels的酒店，我希望他们能进行比目前明显更多的检查。我非常懊恼在给同事和家人看过照片和视频后就把它们删除了。如果Choice Hotels的任何人选择联系我，我可以告诉你们我的房间号，以便你们核实此评论中的陈述。

The receptionist was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond the normal meet and greet introduction. Recommended where to eat and is truly an asset for your hotel. We will be back next year.

Never stayed in a budget hotel before… i kno i kno. However the amenities are A1 and the receptionist all ( seen 3) have a very pleasant attitude and accommodating. Would definitely stay here over and over again. Was absolutely not disappointed in any way, actually made me realize ive been OVER PAYING. Go figure !

Property has restaurants nearby and about 8 minutes from the agricultural center. Building was clean, staff was friendly and continental breakfast was adequate. We arrived late in the evening and our room smelled strongly of cooking oil and food. We were too tired to ask to change rooms, but when we asked the second day, no rooms were available. When we asked staff said they were aware of the issue and would have asked housekeeping to work on getting the smell out if we had said something. We were provided with a bottle of air freshener, but the smell did not go away.

Great location, easy to find and right off one of the main roads. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a quiet room upstairs in the back and we slept well. The breakfast was delicious but a little limited on proteins. Would stay there again.
