Very good service, god bless this hotel. I can inform you, you will have a very nice stay here. It was very clean and nice here thank you for letting me stay here.

Room need lock fixed Room needs tv fixed Room needs curtains fixed Room needs a clock to charge phones and tablets Room needs a COFFEE MAKER. Room needs jacuzzi fixed. Help at the desk needs help in being nice. Slept on floor because curtains wouldn't not close all the way. Pole lights kept me up.

The booking websites show photoshopped images. This is a broken down falling apart property rooftop top to parking lot. Pool/hit tub no longer in use, stated on their website. Smells like garbage. Rotten molding roof. Super sketchy guests. They won’t refund you until you call to complain to your booking site. BAIT & SWITCH. Awful place.

The drywall on 3 walls around shower had tons of black mold on them. The towels were rough and small. The bath towels aren’t big enough to wrap around your body and they are rough. There are no ice machines on the floors, you must go to front desk and the clerk fills your ice bucket. Go elsewhere folks, for the mold alone.

This place is a hidden gem! The management and staff were friendly and very tentative. They allowed me to see a room before making a reservation. The rooms were updated, clean, and the entire hotel was nice. There was hot breakfast each morning and I enjoyed my peaceful stay. I will definitely be back!

The pool picture looks great, but the pool is closed and has been for quite a while, according to staff. Owner will not repair until future "unknown" whole hotel remodel date. And that sums up the state of much of this establishment. Much desperately needed work and equipment replacement. Our room heater/AC did not work and the maintenance staff did not come as requested (other guests were left with unrepaired items also; the front desk had quite a long list). Our room needed paint repairs, had small holes in the wall, and scrapes and dings on the furniture. There was melted ice cream in our room refrigerator that had been left and frozen by a previous guest. The hotel lies next to a major truck route junction, so it is not that quiet. The parking lot is dirty and potholed, with broken parking bumpers out in the middle. The front desk staff were nice and regularly apologized for the lack of service, broken things, etc. Management was not present in the time we were there. Rooms are ample size, shower has good pressure, and the breakfast is not great, but acceptble.

Worst hotel I ever visited. The whole place stinks a the rooms are dirty. I have a room for a week an here’s the gist. Dirty towels, tiny pillows, no coffee pot or ironing board, no hair dryer, no alarm clock. The only furniture in the room is a crappy uncomfortable bed an a crappy office chair. The “ breakfast is nasty biscuits a gravy that looks like watered down milk a stale bagels, that’s it for the last 5 days. House keeping never comes around, no clean towels. Hot tub an pool are permanently closed a they have a washing machine but the dryer doesn’t work. This place is a dump, go somewhere else!!!
